C&C Generals 2 Monitor Glitch

I bought the C&C bundle on Origin a while back for nostalgia purposes and had been playing Generals for a good while.

But ever since I added a second monitor, I've been getting this weird glitch where Generals will start and work fine, but everything on the 2nd monitor will get distorted.

It's not a huge issue but it's seriously annoying to me. Is there anyway to force Generals into a Fullscreen Windowed mode or do anything else that might fix the issue?

Issues Loading Mods

I can't get mods to show up in my Launcher, I don't know why...And nothing I can find helps...

I'm playing from Origin, but I'm using Bibber's Fixed Launchers. One issue that I THINK might be the case is that I moved My Documents to the D Drive, as my C Drive only has 222 GB, and is meant just for the OS...

EDIT: Nevermind: the instructions I found online for installing the mods (it'd been a WHILE since I played C&C3, so I'd needed a refresher in installing mods), and were giving me the WRONG directory for the Mods folder...They said the folder was called "Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars" when it's supposed to be "Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars"...
