Just a quick reminder to everyone. FAKE / Illegal shops are posting unlicensed Merchandise on reddit. When you see posts about shirts etc. ALWAYS look at the age + post history of the user

I recently saw again one of those threads.

The auto mod and moderators are doing already a good job but sometimes threads slip through.

Those people post shirts or hoodies with fancy looking designs (e.g. the commander/soldier from TS/FS) and if you comment on the thread, no matter what (damn, you can even insult them) they send you PMs to a twitter account

    https://preview.redd.it/0ikbwibrjql51.png?width=741&format=png&auto=webp&s=3105e4cd512b57bba7b38bf2f0fc81b2f9ded785

that twitter account normally links to an online-store, this stores have "limited offers" and often only small time windows where you can buy it. That is normally low quality material, overpriced. If you even get it. Obvious signs, besides those twitter links to store thing are for example that those stores normally DO NOT list the name of the games etc. so a C&C hoodie will not be labeled as C&C (copyright etc. also makes it harder to track those shops).

If you see such posts on reddit. Be it here. Or in other subreddits, do the following:

    a) Look at the age of the account. Normally those spam accounts are created a few days ago or even today.

    b) Look at the comment / post history. Normally these accounts have no history or have a few very generic comments that look like copy & paste.

    c) Downvote them.

    d) report them to 1) Reddit and 2) the subreddit moderators. In most subreddits those posts are anyway forbidden. And across reddit those spam accounts get deleted pretty fast for obvious reasons.

Oh and. Obviously. Don't buy at theire stores. Currently there IS NO official C&C Merchandise. However, ordering custom prints (e.g. on a pillow. Couch pillow not a body pillow of Joe K....) are fully O.K.

Ordering a hoodie with your favorite Nod Logo on stores that do custom prints? Ok.

    Selling them? Nope. Absolutly not.

Current Remastered Matchmaking is absolutely ruthless

I'm not sure how much longer the ladder can retain players, when you can get almost instantly placed vs someone with over 600 rank difference to you.

Considering the vast skill level difference within top 200, even top 50, makes the game nearly impenetrable to new blood as they get picked apart over and over again until they maybe land a lucky search vs someone like them.

It's not much fun in the long run to the high ranked players either, when vast majority of their games is rolling someone that barely knows the basics. It might end up looking good for the winrate but what value does it have to get barely that +1 point from winning?

While super strict system might make it take long to find games, I'd at least like to see some level of tightening in the initial search.

If the Center for Chaos Containment from The Henry Stickmin Collection had access to Command and Conquer technologies (Divide by Zero-Rift Generator, Nuke-Nuclear Missile, Gear-Redeemer, Satellite-Ion Cannon)

Not on China and GLA. Somehow using this unit is fun and kinda useless.

    C&C Remastered Multiplayer Q

    Posted: 07 Sep 2020 06:29 AM PDT

Hey, I noticed that there was a multiplayer mode in C&C remastered. I used to play multiplayer in C&C 3 Tiberium Wars and I was wondering if the multiplayer mode is similar in remastered?

Is there a lobby where you then pick which games you can join?

How to get zero hour working?

I bought the ultimate collection pack, I have had no trouble installing generals, but zero hour has not installed. I am on windows 10.
