    Hey community I am posting on here as a last ditch attempt to see if it's time to give up or of there is hope.

    So I have played command and conquer once I was a little boy, I have always supported it and I have every game and DLC, but my favourite one of all time for me and my friends is Generals Zero Hour but for as long as I can remember I have had 2 MAJOR issues with the game.

    Issue 1- "You have encountered a serious error. Serious errors can be caused by many things including viruses, overheated hardware and hardware that does not meet the minimum specifications for the game. This error occurs roughly about an hour in to a game or when we spend a long period of time in a game (usually 8 player hard armies game)

    Issue 2- The game has detected a mismatch Etc,Etc This error occurs usually about 30 mins into the game and at random times

    . I have tried pretty much every forum solution and YouTube tutorial from the options.Ini thing up to using multiple copies of the game, I have even tried to contact EA on multiple times and I have never found a solid solution, I have found temp ones but they usually stop working, I have even offered to pay for someone to give professional tech help,

    So if someone is out there who can play large 8 player games over lan with no issues for hours on end then please take the time to help me.

    I've recently gotten into some wh40k and I stumbled upon this beauty. The Hades breaching drill. Sadly no flamethrowers attached. From everything I've been able to find it appears the devil's tongue predates the Hades breaching drill (I could be wrong!). Interesting to games that have clear knock-offs inspirations from C&C games.

    Can I play the game with my friends while we used different subnet?

    I want to play C&C General Zero Hour with my friends through my campus connection. Two of my friends used wireless LAN and they have a same subnet, while my PC connected to LAN with another subnet. It's like, I'm playing in the first floor while the other two played on the 2nd, so normally we'd have different subnet. We can ping each other and shared folder (also printer), but the game just couldn't. When I created the room and my friends used "Direct Connect", their PC's names showed up in my room, but they experienced "Connection Time Out" and couldn't get into the room window. Can I still play C&C with that condition..?
