Modding Zero Hour (with no CD)

Love playing a modded version of zero hour that a friend made years ago, he said the first decade version doesnt really allow the mod, so he said he hoped i still had my CDs, well my new pc doesnt have an optical drive, so i'm not sure what to do.

I wouldnt have bought a new pc if i would have known i couldnt play my favorite game on it!!!

Possible mod idea: What would an offical C.A.B.A.L. faction look like?

If westwood implemented an offical Cabal faction in TS:FS what would it look like? Would it have it´s own campaign or not? Would it be heavy or light? Faction colors? How would Westwood make them different from GDI and Nod? I ask this becuase I'm just so obsessed with 3rd factions that never got their own campaitngn like Yuri and Cabal. I've been thinking about making a mod of just a Cabal faction with it's own campaign and unit roster to be as close to Westwood as possible and would like some community opinions.

Ive rekindled my old romance with Generals ZH, and want to try to get rid of the bots absolutely steamrolling the earlygame. Any cracks present whod know how i went about doing that?

Hello When I click play on red alert 3 on steam , It would not launch. there is no red alert in the task manager . i tried uninstalling and installing through steam but it remain the same. Is there any fix to this
