Is there a Tiberium Sun mission select?

Currently playing through Tiberium Sun on Origin, but I can't find a way to go back and redo the missions you didn't select in the map screen when it shows a selection, is there a way to actually just select those missions without having to complete the one before just to get back to that map screen again?

Mental Omega Issues

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I felt like booting up Mental Omega for some fun not so fun times. I got the launcher to work properly, but as soon as I tell it to launch a mission or a skirmish, the screen goes black for a second and then just takes me back to the main menu. Anyone know what's up with this?
