    Favorite C&C unit?

    Posted: 11 Nov 2019 01:40 PM PST

Just wanted to know which units you thought were the coolest in the franchise. Here are some of mine. Kirov Airship: Aside from being possibly the most iconic unit in the red alert series, it's also incredibly cool, if not that good, and rampaging through a base dropping 1000 kg bombs never gets old. Apocalypse Tank: What can I say? Looks awesome, and kicks ass. Titan: I love this unit because of tib sun, but the artwork for it in rivals is pretty cool, and I love walkers. Mammoth mk2: Same reasons as above, also love using it as a one man army. Boris: Can literally destroy a tank with an ak47 in 3 seconds. Jarmen Kell: Badass sniper who can kill vehicle crews, also has those demo charges. Nuke cannon: Artillery that fires nukes. Nuff said. Mobile base from CNC4: Would be cool if it existed.

best way to play older titles

    Posted: 10 Nov 2019 04:17 PM PST

Hi, i have been a fan of c&c since i was a child and one of my friends had red alert 2. As a kid i was only able to play that at his house and i eventually got red alert 3 on the xbox. Recently i was able to pick up the collection on origin and was wondering what was the best way to play the older games, I really want to try tiberium considering i never played it as a kid. I know that openra is a thing but for somereason it doesn't have all the missions on it despite detecting my install from origin. Playing the original isn't possible because it lags very badly for some reason. I was looking for the best way to play the campaigns as I never really got into the multiplayer.

TLDR: best way to play the classic games on modern windows
