- Structures should be reassigned to be on fixed slots & in order. If the second structure you build is barracks, you get the option's list on the left, and if it's ore refinery, you get the one on the right. This ruins opting for Grid hotkey assignment... The same issue exists when playing Soviets...
- By far may favorite feature of the remaster release. Kudos for including this, Petryglpyh. :)

Remaster Update and Game Stuttering / Online Stability Posted: 05 Jun 2020 04:59 PM PDT Fellow Command & Conquer fans, The game has now been live for several hours, and we're already getting a ton of feedback from the community across all our channels. We're actively reviewing this feedback, and just like we did with the Community Council when they started playing the game, will begin prioritizing these items going forward. Our goal is to continue maintaining a transparent dialog with all of you as we make this transition into post-launch support, and we're not going to hide from issues within the game. With that in mind, we've been tracking two primary issues since the launch earlier today. Online Stability The first issue is the online stability of the game has been troublesome during the launch today. We've seen some games getting disconnected, occasional Quickmatch games failing upon load, and times when the online services are down completely. This is not the experience we wanted you to have with the Remastered Collection upon launch, and for that we sincerely apologize. The team is working on further optimizations to the online infrastructure, and how to efficiently expand server capacity in this launch window of high demand. While we know many of you are eager to get into multiplayer, we certainly hope you can enjoy the Campaign, Skirmish, or play with a new piece of UGC while we work on these issues. Game Stuttering The second issue is that we are seeing reports of players who are experiencing game stuttering while playing in both single player and multiplayer. We had heard isolated incidents of this issue over the past few weeks with pre-launch players, but were unable to gather enough data and diagnose the exact cause in our research prior to launch. Here's what we know so far:
The team is working on gathering more data from players to discover further patterns and hardware configurations. We admit this issue has been a little more difficult to diagnose, as we do not have access to our standard QA PC lab of hardware due to the pandemic. If you are encountering this issue and would like to help us gather more data, please consider posting your experience / hardware configuration here on this Reddit thread or on the EA Technical Support forums at: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Info-Request-Game-Stuttering/m-p/9180031#M68 In the meantime, if you are encountering this stuttering issue, we have the following suggestions based on the information we've gathered so far:

To the Devs my response to the request months ago Posted: 05 Jun 2020 04:00 PM PDT The subtitles on everything was the greatest gift ever for this year. I ask and Jim responded that he and the team will look into it. Well, the first video of seeing Seth speak and later on Kane, tears ran. I'm deaf, C&C was my first RTS game back in 1995. I wished back then that I could understand what everyone was saying in the FMV's. Now I can and so many other deaf people out there too. What the team did for that simple thing makes a world of differences for me and the rest of the deafies. I, thank you and am deeply grateful. You all made my year so much better since it has been a tough year! Again, thank you. A heartfelt thank you to EA, Petroglyph and everyone involved in the remaster Posted: 05 Jun 2020 06:49 PM PDT I've been waiting for this day. Around 2 months ago, my Father passed away. I made a post about it just after the funeral because the first thing I did was play a skirmish of his favourite game. I mentioned at the time that I was hoping to play the remaster with him over the summer, but it wasn't meant to be. I got a lot of support from the community in that thread and I was genuinely touched by it. I decided I wanted to honour my Dad by streaming the remaster from Day 1. I'm not a professional streamer and I have no illusions about becoming one - I have a day job I love and am not planning to quit any time soon, but streaming the game seemed like a good way to remember him - enjoying the game much like I enjoyed it when I was a kid, playing it with my Dad. I did a lot of prep on the run up to this, got a decent mic, a better camera, set up OBS and all that's needed. I wanted to do him proud. Tonight, it was go time. The game unlocked and I started broadcasting immediately, I was joined by friends and family and a few people from the C&C community - not massive numbers, but I felt support and love all the same. Then it started. That installation sequence. That blew me away. We talked about it on here before, about how it was a shame you miss those awesome install sequences these days but who could have imagined they'd pull off a way of including it. And just when I couldn't have been more surprised? The Westwood logo. That same 10 year anniversary clip, remastered in HD. No stone was left untouched and I don't think any other remaster has done the same thing. I knew there was going to be some nostalgia, but I didn't think it would be anything on that level, that intense, that satisfying. I barely got to the main menu and I was blown away. I never use that expression, I'm not the kind of person that gets blown away yet there I was with my jaw on the floor. I couldn't wait to dive in and it ended up becoming an 8 hour long marathon stream that just finished a few minutes ago with me Ion-cannoning the Nod Temple. With people cheering me on, me retelling stories about how my Dad beat this mission or figured out that tactic, it was the first time I've ever truly felt like I was reliving my childhood, sharing those happy memories with everyone. And it's thanks to everyone involved in this project that I was able to experience that. Thank you, everyone who has been involved in this.
