    How do I move the Magnetic Satellite?

    (Red Alert 3) I apologize if this has been covered somewhere but I cannot find it. I'm in the first mission as Soviets and have been given control of the Magnetic Satellite. The game is telling me that after deploying the MS I should then be able to move it around to eliminate more targets but I'll be damned if I can figure out how to move it. I'm sure it's obvious and is just eluding me, but: how the heck do you do it? Thanks!

    Trying to get back into Red Alert - tell me things i don't know

    I'm playing on CnCNet.

    There are some things I always wanted to know.

    Can someone tell me the different faction bonuses?

    How is Allied vs Soviets balanced, when there's no water on the map? Aren't soviets' tanks significantly stronger? Isn't the V2 much stronger than the arti?

    Also what are some things about the game that don't necessarily become obvious through playing the game but are nice to know?

    I've heard someone say you can attack allies cannontowers with a rocket soldier without being shot at.

    is it ever worth it to build rocket silos?

    Are rocket soldiers even worth it at all considering they're 300% the price of rifles?

    Which hotkeys are acually in the game right now apart from the group system?

    Once everyone and EA sees the success of Command and Conquer remastered, will it signal a possible Mac Os support down the line?

    StarCraft Remastered works on MacOs Catalina and I can play it with a wireless mouse. Game companies like Aspyr ported Civilization 5 to the Mac. Me and many others have moved on from Windows to MacOs. I hope after this remaster and how successful it becomes allows for a bigger reach to fans and newer fans in the coming years

    The RA3 Problem.

    I knew that Red Alert 3 was a bad game since I bought it several years ago, the reason behind this was coming from the knowledge of the fact that servers were shut down and no one at the company bothered to fix that and not many people played it, even though it had a popular franchise to ride on.
    Now, I know C&C 1995 is also not played by a lot of people, but that game was made 25 years ago. Red Alert 3 is a triple A title with Jim Carry, Cave Johnson, amazing soundtrack, decent graphics and wonderful gameplay, until you find out the truth.
    The issue of Red Alert 3 is that it is extremely strict, you play by the rules set by the developers. There is a visible meta, which if not abided to by the player may lead him to having very low winrate.
    There are powerful rock, paper, scissors mechanics in the game, Japanese have weak anti-air, their helicopters can walk on land and deal aoe air damage, but they are not fast enough to protect all the expansions, so, for example Twinblades (I really love this vehicle, btw) will decimate their economy.

    When I realized this, with the Japanese, I realized that this is what this game is made of. 1 game ago I had a fight where my Conscripts would fight with Imperial Troopers. The battle was looking grim, only the small cost of my Conscripts was preventing the line from collapsing, however my Japanese enemy was slowly amassing a bigger and bigger amount of infantry, so I decided to build a Factory and give out a Cycle to my army, so that it may give it an edge in combat. It worked, enemy infantry was being ripped apart, however then my enemy decided to add Tank Busters into the mix. They would make a short-work of my Cycles, so I put them behind infantry in such a way that Tank Busters were unable to destroy them. It worked, enemy Tank Busters were killed before they reached my Cycles and enemy infantry was slowly withering away with their troops being gunned down by Cycles.

    2 games ago I had a match on Infinity Isle where I decided to build a large amount of Conscripts against my Ally opponent. Afraid, he built a Turret in a chokepoint and inserted a Peacekeeper inside of it. That turret would easily kill all of my Conscripts even though there were 40 of them, so I built Hammer Tanks. They, with their Leech Beams, destroyed the turret and allowed my Conscripts to push into enemy territory. Then, I saw my opponent's tanks, Athena Cannons and Mirage Tanks. I knew I had to act quickly, so I built Terror Drones. In a long fight, I destroyed the enemy's army and then began sieging his base. He lost more Mirage Tanks, his Rocket Troopers were being ran over and then I won.

    You see, Red Alert 3 is too obvious of a game, it's about certain strategies that work good against other strategies and bad against other strategies. There are no mysterious elements to it. The game is extremely straightforward with transparent rules which you should not break. This makes it, in my opinion, extremely boring and frustrating. Human brains are to work in a reality where you can be creative and enjoy that. We enjoy freedom, this is why we hate dictatorships and prefer to have our rights. We naturally gravitate towards being able to express ourselves in a multitude of ways and when put into a game like Red Alert 3 we can't do that, we can't really express ourselves. The game knows how to play itself, we are merely here to learn it. It's not the other way around, where the game does not know how to play itself, it's chaotic and requires our creativity to make it work.

    Looking for help with a yuris revenge bug

    so first off here is a link to a video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r9HtzGY_aow ) that shows whats going on, basically everything works great UNTIL i enter the game then the screen minimized to the corner then EVERY cinematic after that shows like SUPER zoomed in. ive tried everything i can think of including the dd wrapper fixes and haven't got anywhere. my game of red alert 2 dosent do this even tho i have it up scaled to a 1080 resolution using the dd wrapper as well. hoping someone could maybe help provide suggestions or solutions. many thanks guys!!

    Origin version RA2 units dying instantly.

    I bought the CnC collection on origin a while ago and the games used to work fine but I just tried running RA2 after a long time (and with a new installation) and the units just die instantly. I know it might be an anti-piracy function but I did pay for the collection and it's in my game library as owned. Is there any way to get around it?
